T&Cs MSWA Lifetime Getaway Lottery

• A maximum of 250,000 tickets will be offered.

The following people (and anyone who resides at the same address as them) are prohibited from purchasing a ticket: MSWA Board Members, MSWA Executive Team Members, MSWA Head of Departments, MSWA Marketing Team Members, MSWA Information Systems Team and Ticket Fulfilment Staff, RSM Australia Directors and employees associated with the lottery draw and any staff member who works on the MSWA Account from MSWA’s associated agencies.

It is a condition of entry that the prize winners agree to have their name, suburb and photo published for publicity purposes. By purchasing a ticket in this lottery, participants signify their acceptance of all conditions and the obligation to participate in promotional activity, if required. By purchasing a ticket you agree to receive promotional materials for MSWA Lotteries & Raffles.

There will be one prize draw in the lottery, marketed as the MSWA Lifetime Getaway Lottery. The winner will win $150,000 cash prize awarded as a lump sum. The winner will receive $150,000 bank deposit or bank cheque made out to the ticket holder(s). To claim the prize, the winner will be required to complete a 100-point identification check. The $150,000 bank deposit or bank cheque will be received within a maximum of 20 business days after the 100-point identification check has been completed and verified.

The draw will be conducted at the offices of MSWA, 154 Abernethy Rd Belmont. The winner will be notified in writing by MSWA. Prizes must be accepted as awarded. It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to claim their prize once they have been notified by MSWA.

The prize will be awarded to the individual named on the official ticket.

The prize notification letter will be addressed to the primary ticket holder.

It is the responsibility of the primary ticket holder to allocate the prize if necessary.

The winners’ names will be published online at www.mswalottery.com.au by Tuesday, 14 November 2023.

MSWA accepts no responsibility for any entries not received for any reason during the lottery period. No responsibility will be taken for lost, late or misdirected entries. MSWA is not responsible for unforeseen technical difficulties with the ordering process and does not warrant that the ordering process will be available at all times.

Ticket holders must be 18 years or older.

Requests for ticket refunds will need written approval from the Department of Racing, Gaming and Liquor commission. This process may take a number of weeks. Refunds cannot be issued after the prize draws have begun.
