It is likely that the Early Bird Prize and Grand Prize Draws will be held at the Grand Prize Show Home at 30 Seaward Loop, Sorrento. The remaining prize draws, including the Bonus Prizes, will be conducted at the MSWA office at 1133 Albany Highway, Bentley, WA.
MSWA's auditors, RSM Australia and Chartered Accountants, will independently verify the completeness and fairness of the draws.
All winners will be notified in writing, shortly after the prize draws have been completed. The winners of the Bonus Prizes, Early Bird Prizes, Holidays, Vehicles and Grand Prize will receive a phone call from MSWA shortly after the prize draws have been completed.

It is a condition of entry that the prize winner agrees to have their name, suburb and photo published for publicity purposes. By purchasing a ticket in this lottery, participants signify their acceptance of all conditions and the obligation to participate in promotional activity if required.

The Grand Prize Show Home has been professionally decorated by Webb & Brown-Neaves. They select all the furniture, fixtures and fittings including white goods (fridge, washing machine, TVs etc.) and decorative art pieces. It has ducted reverse cycle air-conditioning.
If I win the Grand Prize Show Home, when would it be transferred to my name making me the legal owner?
It is expected the Grand Prize Show Home will be transferred to the winner by Friday, 28 June 2019. This would be completed by Irdi Settlements and is compliant with the Department of Racing, Gaming and Liquor regulations.

If I am the winner of the Early Bird Draw, when would I receive the prize?
If the Early Bird Prize winners choose the Audi SQ5 valued at $117,344 then Audi Centre Perth will order the vehicle and arrange the delivery of your prize. Refer to the Terms and Conditions.
If the Early Bird Prize winner decides to take the cash, MSWA will be in regular contact with you to ensure you receive your prize at the earliest possible time. Expected timing is 4 weeks after a 100-point identification check has been completed and verified following the Early Bird Prize draws.
Early Bird Prize Winners will have 48 hours to choose between the Audi SQ5 or $100,000 in cash.
When do I have to take the holiday?
If win a Bonus Prize and choose the holiday, you are required to book and take your trip within 12 months of the prize draws. Winners will need to make arrangements with Amity Travel in Floreat.
What is included with the Bonus Prize holiday prizes?
Unless otherwise specified, all holiday prizes include return economy air travel for 2 people, from/to Perth, accommodation and transfers. Travel insurance, travel visas, spending money and passport costs are not included.
Can I change my prize for another destination/package?
All holiday prizes will be awarded as advertised. However, if the winner wishes to negotiate an alternative arrangement with Amity Travel this will be purely between the winner and Amity Travel.
MSWA will not enter into this process.
If I win a car, is there any cost to me?
All vehicles awarded as prizes in the MSWA Mega Home Lottery will have all on-road costs paid, including 6 months’ registration. The winner will need to arrange their own motor vehicle insurance.
Can I take a cash alternative rather than the vehicle?
All vehicle prizes will be awarded to the winner as advertised. However, if the winner wishes to negotiate with the dealer on a buyback value, it will be purely between the winner and the dealership. MSWA will not enter into this process.
