Terms and Conditions
1. These terms and conditions, as published on the website www.mswalottery.com.au and as amended from time to time (“Terms”), govern the terms of participation in the MSWA Lifetime Getaway Lottery (“Lottery”) operated by MSWA LIMITED (ABN 75 638 080 972) (“MSWA”).
2. Where it is lawful to do so, these Terms may be updated and re-published online at www.mswalottery.com.au. It is up to the participant to review the Terms prior to entering the Lottery. MSWA does not warrant that the Terms remain unchanged between lotteries.
3. In Western Australia, lotteries are regulated by the Gaming and Wagering Commission of Western Australia, supported by the Department of Local Government, Industry Regulation and Safety (“Gaming and Wagering Commission”).
Entry and Participants
4. By purchasing a ticket in the Lottery, participants will be deemed to have read and agree to be bound by these Terms.
5. The following people and all who reside at their same residential address are prohibited from entering the Lottery:
a) MSWA Board Members;
b) MSWA Executive Team Members;
c) MSWA Head of Departments;
d) MSWA Marketing Team Members;
e) MSWA Information Systems Team and Ticket Fulfilment Staff;
f) BDO Australia Directors and employees associated with the lottery draw; and
g) any staff member who works on the MSWA Account from MSWA’s associated agencies (individually and together, “MSWA Affiliated Person”).
6. Participants must not be under the age of 18 years (“Underage Participant”).
Participants must not be residing outside of Australia at the time of purchasing any ticket, unless they are able to provide proof of an Australian address and/or Australian bank account. (“Internationally Based Participant”).
7. Due to legislation surrounding foreign investment, participants must be Australian permanent residents or Australian citizens. As such, participants must not be classified as a “foreign person” as defined in section 4 of the Foreign Acquisitions and Takeovers Act 1975 (Cth) (“Foreign Person”).
8. In accordance with the Lotteries Act 2019 (SA) and the Lotteries Regulations 2021 (SA) administered by the Department of Consumer and Business Services, Government of South Australia, participants who reside in the State of South Australia are not permitted to enter the MSWA Lifetime Getaway Lottery.
9. If a participant who resides in South Australia is found to have purchased a ticket and is drawn as the winner of the MSWA Lifetime Getaway Lottery Prize, they will be deemed ineligible to receive the prize.
10. In the event an ineligible South Australian resident is drawn as the provisional winner, a redraw will occur as soon as practicable, using the same approved drawing method and in accordance with the requirements of the Gaming and Wagering Commission.
11. If a South Australian resident is selected as the Grand Prize winner and deemed ineligible under these Terms they will not be entitled to any compensation, substitute benefit, or additional prize.
Participant’s Information
12. Name changes on tickets are not permitted, and therefore the onus is on the participant to ensure that they provide the correct information to MSWA upon the purchase of each ticket.
13. All participants must ensure their postal address is up to date when purchasing a ticket as address changes may not be possible or accommodated following the prize draws.
14. The records held by MSWA, as provided by the participant, shall be deemed as correct and final.
Tickets
15. MSWA reserves the right to refuse sale or refund tickets to an individual at their discretion. The participant acknowledges and agrees that MSWA is not required to provide reasons for the exercise of its discretion to not refund a ticket. Refunded tickets will be returned into the draw for resale.
16. Lottery ticket prices are set at $10 Australian Dollars per ticket.
17. A maximum of 250,000 tickets are available for sale.
18. MSWA is not authorised to process ticket refunds without written approval from the Department of Local Government, Industry Regulation and Safety (WA). This regulatory approval process may take a number of weeks to complete.
Prize Draw Process
19. MSWA’s auditors, BDO Australia, will attend all prize draws to ensure completeness and fairness of the draws.
20. The winners will be determined by a computerised random number generator which has been approved by the Gaming and Wagering Commission. Each ticket purchased in time has the same probability of winning the eligible prize.
21. If any MSWA Affiliated Person, Underage Participant, Internationally Based Participant, or Foreign Person enters the Lottery contrary to these Terms and wins a prize, they will be ineligible to receive that prize or any benefit from that prize (“Ineligible Prizes”).
22. There will be a redraw for those Ineligible Prizes by MSWA as soon as practicable in the same manner as the original draw occurred as described in these Terms, at a time and manner as approved by the Gaming and Wagering Commission (“Redraw”).
Prizes
23. There is one category of prizes, being the:
a) Lifetime Getaway Lottery Prize: where the prize is $100,000 in cash. There is only one Lifetime Getaway Lottery Prize.
24. Each ticket purchased before the sales close date referred to in the Key Dates section above will allow the participant a chance to win the one prize category.
25. In order to be eligible to win a relevant prize, a participant must purchase their ticket before the sales close date.
26. If a participant wins a cash prize and winner resides in the state of Victoria, the cash prize will be substituted with gold bullion of equivalent value, in accordance with Victoria Regulation Act 2003 and Gambling Regulations 2015 enforced by the Victorian Gambling and Casino Control Commission (VGCCC).
27. All prize winners will be notified in writing by way of email or posted by way of registered post to the prize winner’s postal address within 5 days of winning.
28. To claim prizes, ticket purchasers agree to provide to MSWA, upon request, proof of:
a) identity, including a 100-point identification check;
b) an Australian address; and / or
c) an Australian bank account (where the prize is cash or cash equivalent).
29. Prizes are awarded as per the name on the ticket.
30. Promotional images of the prizes are for display purposes only. Prizes awarded may not be exactly as illustrated.
Prize Draw Dates
31. There is one prize draw date referred to in the Key Dates section of these Terms above.
Publicity and privacy policy
32. By entering the Lottery, the participants who win the prize agree to have their name and suburb published by MSWA for publicity purposes.
33. Prize winner’s consent to videos, audio recordings, and photographs of them being used for reasonable promotional activities both in print, and on the internet including on social media platforms.
34. Participants acknowledge and agree that the name of the winner(s) will be published on MSWA’s website within 48 hours of the prize draw.
35. MSWA will not disclose any confidential or personal information to any person other than in accordance with these Terms and the MSWA privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”). Where there is an inconsistency between these Terms and the Privacy Policy, participants agree that these Terms take priority. 36. By purchasing a ticket, participants agree to receive promotional materials for and/or from MSWA and its related entities.
Limit of Liability
37. MSWA and associated agencies accept no responsibility for any loss, damage, accident, death or injury resulting from the Lottery, or the use or misuse of any prize that may be won within the Lottery.
38. All participants agree to release and indemnify MSWA against any claim they may have in respect of all liability, cost, loss, damage, or expense arising out of acceptance of any prize or participation in the competition including (but not limited to) loss of income, personal injury, and damage to property and whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission or otherwise
Donation of Unwanted Prizes
39. MSWA is a non profit organisation registered with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission that provides vital support and services to people living with neurological conditions in Western Australia. MSWA accepts donations for the support of MSWA’s purpose and activities.
40. In the event that a prize winner no longer wishes to receive a prize, that prize winner may donate the prize to MSWA by expressly informing MSWA of this intention at any point in time after collection of prize.
Prize Specifics
41. Lifetime Getaway Lottery Prize:
a) The prize will be awarded as a lump sum.
b) The winner will receive a $100,000 bank deposit or bank cheque made out to the ticket holder(s).
c) The $100,000 bank deposit or bank cheque will be received within a maximum of 20 business days after the 100-point identification check has been completed and verified.
TRADE PROMOTION TERMS & CONDITIONS MSWA PLATINUM CLUB
Terms and Conditions
1. MSWA conducts the MSWA Mega Home Lottery and MSWA Lifetime Getaway Lottery (bi-annually) and the MSWA Luxury Lottery and MSWA Multi-Choice Raffle (quarterly).
Entry and Participants
2. As a MSWA Platinum Club member:
a) You must be 18 years or over.
b) You authorise MSWA to automatically debit your nominated credit card prior to the launch of each MSWA Mega Home Lottery and/or MSWA Lifetime Getaway Lottery and/or MSWA Luxury Lottery and/or MSWA Multi-Choice Raffle for the number of tickets specified when registering, until further notice. This will occur for each of the MSWA Mega Home Lotteries ($100 per ticket), MSWA Lifetime Getaway Lotteries ($10 per ticket), MSWA Luxury Lotteries ($50 per ticket), and MSWA Multi-Choice Raffles ($3 per ticket) that you choose to include in your membership.
c) MSWA can adjust the number of lotteries/raffles run per year at their discretion, Platinum Club supporters will always be notified of any changes and provided to opportunity to opt out.
d) Once your credit card payment is approved then your ticket(s) will be emailed to your nominated email address (or postal address if no email was provided), which was provided at the time of registration.
d) MSWA Marketing Team Members;
e) If the payment is declined, as a result of insufficient funds, expired credit card, a dispute or another reason MSWA cannot guarantee you a ticket(s) for the forthcoming MSWA Mega Home Lottery, MSWA Lifetime Getaway Lottery, MSWA Luxury Lottery or MSWA Multi-Choice Raffle. It is your responsibility to contact MSWA with an alternative payment method by calling MSWA on 1300 058 880.
f) Your nominated number of ticket(s) will be repeated in every lottery you have selected, until further
g) Your ticket(s) number is randomly selected, and ticket numbers cannot be pre-selected.
h) You can adjust the number of selected tickets for the MSWA Mega Home Lottery and/or MSWA Lifetime Getaway Lottery and/or MSWA Luxury Lottery and/or MSWA Multi-Choice Raffle without having to re-join by contacting MSWA on 1300 058 880 or [email protected]
i) It is your responsibility to notify MSWA of any changes to your credit card and contact details by contacting MSWA on 1300 058 880 or [email protected]
j) You can cancel or update your membership at any time by contacting MSWA on 1300 058 880 or [email protected]
k) By cancelling your membership, you will be removed from any current or future Platinum Club prize draws.
l) The terms and conditions of the MSWA Mega Home Lottery, MSWA Lifetime Getaway Lottery, MSWA Luxury Lottery and MSWA Multi-Choice Raffle apply. To be eligible to win a prize, you may be required to hold a ticket in one of these lotteries.
m) MSWA are not authorised to process ticket refunds without the written approval from the Department of Racing, Gaming and Liquor commission. This process may take several weeks. Refunds cannot be offered after the prize draws have begun.

Terms and Conditions
1. The name of this promotion is the “MSWA Lifetime Getaway Lottery 2026B Platinum Club Members Only Prize”.
2. These terms and conditions, as published on the website www.mswalottery.com.au and as amended from time to time (“Terms”), govern the terms of participation in the MSWA Mega Home Lottery (“Lottery”) operated by MSWA LIMITED (ABN 75 638 080 972) (“MSWA”).
Entry and Participants
3. Entries into the draw will be accepted from Tuesday, 4 August 2026 until the promotion closes at 11:59 PM (AWST) on Friday, 30 October 2026.
4. The prize will be drawn on Wednesday, 4 November 2026.
5. To be eligible for the prize, MSWA Platinum Club members must have a ticket in the current Lottery (MSWA Lifetime Getaway Lottery 26B) and include MSWA Lifetime Getaway Lottery in their MSWA Platinum Club membership at the time of the draw close on Friday, 30 October 2026. Participant”).

7. For the purpose of the prize draw, all valid entries will be entered into a computerised database.
8. The winners will be determined by a computerised random number generator which has been approved by the Commission of Western Australia’s Department of Local Government, Industry Regulation and Safety (“Gaming and Wagering Commission”).

Option B: AUD $20,000 Cash
c. A cash prize of AUD $20,000, which will be paid via electronic funds transfer (EFT) into an Australian bank account nominated by the winner in accordance with Clause 15.c.
13. The prize value for Option A is the recommended retail value at the time of printing. MSWA accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value. Any difference between the RRV and the actual cost of the prize at the time of booking will not be awarded as cash.
14. Option A does not include travel insurance, additional meals, spending money, visas, vaccinations, or transfers unless otherwise stated. These costs are the sole responsibility of the winner.
15. To claim prizes, ticket purchasers agree to provide MSWA, upon request, proof of:
a. identity, including a 100-point identification check;
b. an Australian address; and / or
c. an Australian bank account (where the prize is cash or cash equivalent).
d. Information collected for the purpose of identity verification will be handled in accordance with MSWA’s Privacy Policy https://mswa.org.au/privacy-policy and the Australian Privacy Principles.
Prize Draw Process
16. Prize winners will be notified by telephone and email by a representative of MSWA after the prize draw.
17. Prize winners’ names will be announced on the MSWA Lottery website https://mswalottery.com.au/winners within 48 hours of confirming the winner.
18. If the prize remains unclaimed after three months, a second draw will take place on Wednesday 3 February 2027 at the same location as the original draw, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority.
19. It will be the prize winners’ responsibility to redeem the prize from the promoter.
20. The chosen prize option must be taken as supplied and is not transferable. No responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the prize.
21. Participants agree that where there is a manufacturer or other issue in respect of a Final Prize (under Option A), prize winners must first contact the relevant supplier in respect of manufacturer or other warranties before contacting MSWA.
